These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dreambase website and platform provided by Dreambase (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use the Dreambase platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the service.
The Dreambase platform is currently offered in an early access phase. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. By participating in the early access program, you acknowledge that the platform may be incomplete and that Dreambase may discontinue, modify, or limit access at any time.
The Dreambase platform, including all software, content, and design, is owned by Dreambase and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you process through the platform complies with applicable data protection laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreambase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Dreambase in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dreambase does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
